ONLINE GIVING
We are pleased to offer the option of Online Giving for your convenience and security through PayPal's securely hosted donation website. You can now use any major credit or debit card to make a contribution to Church Alive International with complete peace of mind that your information is secure.
How does it work? By clicking the PayPal link above, you will be directed to a secure site hosted by PayPal, one of today's most reputable companies for handling financial transactions. Your credit card information is not sent to Church Alive International, but only to PayPal. PayPal acts as the "middle-man" for you in online transactions. You give your information to PayPal, PayPal makes the transaction against your credit card and then holds the money you have contributed in a safe zone, so to speak. PayPal then notifies Church Alive International that you have made a contribution, and passes along the funds to CAI seamlessly and immediately.
How do I designate my online offering? On the PayPal entry screen, you will see a box for "Designation (optional)", where you can type in where you would like to request that your offering be used. You can designate your offering to any of the following areas:
General Tithes & Offerings
Missions
Building Fund
Benevolence
If you designate your offering to any other category, or upon receipt of excess funds for any given project, funds will be used for equally important ministries. If you do not type anything in the Designation field, your offering will be placed in the area needed most at Church Alive International's discretion.
Security Tip: Remember - Neither PayPal nor Church Alive International will ever email you to ask you for personal/confidential or financial information. If you receive such an email soliciting your information, delete the email and directly contact PayPal at www.paypal.com or Church Alive International at info@churchaliveintl.com to determine if there were any problems with your online transaction.
