M4 is Church Alive International's missions trip to Matamoras, Mexico, for teenagers and young adults who are members of CAI.
The greatest blessing you can experience in life comes when you are able to bless someone else, to see what you hold in your hand used to meet another person's needs. The M4 missions trip is a unique, life-changing way to do just that. As you explore below our upcoming and past trips, we hope you will sense the amazing energy, brokenness, and genuine compassion that these trips facilitate in the hearts of young people who seek to be the hands and feet of a real Christ, meeting the real needs of real people beyond our borders.
