MINISTRY OF MUSIC, MEDIA, & THE ARTS (MMA)

 

We believe that the Kingdom of God should lead the planet in creativity. After all, the Maker of the universe is the very One we worship and with whom we are in relationship.

 

Furthermore, we believe that God is looking for people who are looking for Him. It is our passion to pursue intimate relationship with our Creator, our Father, our Friend.

 

From this relationship flow the gifts and callings demonstrated through the Ministry of Music, Media, & the Arts.

 

Led by Amy Smith, the Ministry of Music, Media, & the Arts (MMA)

exists to draw people closer to and into deeper relationship with our Creator through various methods, means, and milieus, appealing to the style, senses, and surroundings of people of all ages and backgrounds. We strive to do everything we do, from leading in worship musically to producing fast-paced, cutting-edge video projects, with absolute excellence and expression of the God-given creativity within us.

 

 

MMA is comprised of the following areas of ministry...

 

Music Ministry

Praise Team (vocalists & instrumentalists)

Sound Team (live-audio technicians)

Special Occasion Choirs

Media Ministry

Audio-Visual Team (for live services: PowerPoint, lighting, etc.)

Video Production Team (produces all video projects within CAI)

Website Creativity Team (develops & maintains content for this website)

The Arts

Because we believe it is important to maintain a consistent message of love, truth, and excellence in every representation of who we are, all graphics, public relations, and other printed or published materials are either created by and/or approved through the Minister of Music, Media, & the Arts here at CAI before being released.

 

We also recognize the importance of incorporating dramatic presentations, skits, and other visual illustrations into our church life together, to help us all grasp new meanings and dynamics of our relationship with Jesus Christ. Such presentations are organized as needed, and specific teams are formed accordingly.
