SCHOOL OF LEADERS
Levels 1, 2, & 3, and the Re-Encounter
School of Leaders is part of the "TRAIN" step in the process of the vision.
Prerequisite to enrollment in School of Leaders: Completion of the Journey.
Level 1 - 10-weeks, one class per week
In the first level of School of Leaders, you will discover Christ in an entirely new way. You are now going to experience Christ as the Cornerstone of your faith. You will be taught the basic doctrines of your Christian faith. It is not enough to simply believe in Christ; you need to know the biblical basis for your beliefs. Of equal importance, each week you will also study a lesson on strengthening your family. This course will be a time of instruction and challenge, of learning and doing. On Christ the Solid Rock, you'll build a firm foundation that will last for eternity.
Level 2 - 10-weeks, one class per week
As you continue your journey, you are now ready to see the role that you can play in bringing humanity back to the Father. Level 2 will equip you regarding intercession, relevant evangelism, basic leadership principles, and practical application of how to start a Life Group. The Father's vision will become your vision as you grow in faith and application of what you are learning. There is nothing more rewarding than winning others to Christ, connecting them to the local church, training them in the ways of the Lord, and seeing them launch out to begin their journey.
Level 3 - 10-weeks, one class per week
In this part of your training, you will reach an important stage of Christian maturity: you will begin reproducing yourself in the lives of others. You will learn how to forge a team of committed believers, become a spiritual parent to others, discover your unique gifts of the Holy Spirit and cultivate your gifts, develop a closer relationship with the Holy Spirit, and become a fruitful, multiplying leader. You will learn how to teach others, and you will be prepared to help lead on an Encounter. Upon completion of Level 3, you will successfully graduate from School of Leaders as an effective, fruitful believer!
Re-Encounter Retreat
A one-day retreat for those who have completed the School of Leaders, culminating in a commissioning service. This commissioning service is a special, often prophetic time in which the Pastors pray over and bless you, releasing you into leadership and your ministry.
Completion of School of Leaders prepares you for School of Teachers.
